Join us for a replenishing 2-day workshop in Dorchester, led by yoga and embodiment teacher Dominique Preston and systemic coach and family constellator Nicola Moss. This gentle and spacious weekend invites you to embark on a transformative journey, exploring both your inner and outer worlds, creating space for more peace, clarity, and possibility in your life.

You will experience
Grounding and resourcing meditations
Exploration of your energy field to find clarity around a chosen theme or relationship in life, love or work. You will be guided on an inner journey through meditation, mapping and reflective writing prompts, supported by the soothing sounds of the Himalayan bowls
Embodiment and somatic practices to support integration of your constellation and energy mapping experiences
