Bert Hellinger, the founding father of systemic constellations work, described this work as restoring the flow of life and love.

This workshop offers the opportunity to explore any parts of your life where the flow feels blocked, disrupted or just out kilter.

Constellations are both profoundly practical and deeply soulful. Whether in relation to family, work, relationships, projects, money or any other topic, systemic constellation work can give you an insightful overview of the situation and enable you to move forward with clarity and resourcefulness.

Not everybody needs to bring something specific to work on. Taking part in someone else’s constellation can be just as rewarding and every session can be resourcing for the whole group. This is an opportunity to directly experience the interconnectedness of all things and the miraculous way our bodies can tune into the resonant field of energy.

You will experience

• Grounding and resourcing practices

• Introduction to the field of family constellations

• A blend of personal exploration, small group exercises and 2 - 4 larger constellations involving the whole group per day

• There will be opportunities for reflection throughout, allowing us to gather insight and collective wisdom as we go

  
  

Whether you are dipping your toe into systemic constellations for the first time or already swimming downstream, every body is welcome.

About Becky and Nicky:

Becky and Nicky have travelled deeply in systemic work together for nearly 8 years. They met in 2017 on their practitioner training in team and organisational systems with John Whittington (Coaching Constellations Ltd). They have since deepened their journey with systemic & family constellations work, apprenticing and training with Lynn Stoney, joining three cycles of Systemic Consciousness training (2019 - 2023). Since early 2023 they continue to be supervised by Lynn within a small peer supervision group. They have gathered over 200 practice days each together and with other teachers of systemic work.

About Becky Hall:

Becky is a systemic practitioner, coach, facilitator and author.  As a coach she has worked for 25 years with a range of clients – both 121 and with teams across a diversity of systems. Since 2019 she’s also been a teacher for the Coaching Constellations faculty, training other coaches to build their systemic awareness and practice.  She often offers coaching, talks and workshops based on her (best-selling!) book, The Art of Enough; 7 ways to Build a Balanced Life and a Flourishing World, which takes a systemic lens on how we can be, do and have enough in our complex and demanding world. Becky has also journeyed deeply with family systemic constellations work and continues to do so, primarily with her teacher and supervisor Lynn Stoney (since 2019) also with internationally renowned Dan Cohen (since 2020). She’s also learned with Daan Van Kampenhout and Stephen Hausner. Before becoming a coach, Becky worked as an actor for 10 years, having trained at Ecole International Jaques Lecoq in Paris in physical theatre – so her journey of somatic integration and exploration has been lifelong. She lives in Oxford.

About Nicola Moss:

Integrating a powerful blend of systemic coaching, family constellation work, and energy healing, Nicky guides clients to uncover unconscious patterns, hidden dynamics, and gain clarity to illuminate their next steps and path forward in life, love and work. Based on Bert Hellinger's work, her foundational and practitioner level trainings were in team and organisational systems with John Whittington (Coaching Constellations Ltd in 2016-2018). She has since deepened her journey with systemic & family constellations work, apprenticing and honing her craft with Lynn Stoney (Systemic Consciousness Ltd since 2018). Nicky has also continued to layer her learning by training in other variations and dimensions of systemic work, e.g '5 Elements Constellations' with Emerson Bastos, attending programmes with Tanja Meyburgh, Jan Jacob Stam and Dees van de Hoef, Daan van Kampenhout, Stephan Hausner and many more masterful teachers.
